Hi Giannii (and anybody else who might be able to help),

I had a question regarding conditionally rendering Disqus: is it possible to only make certain parts of Disqus show depending on whether, say, there are comments or likes?

On my Tumblr blog's index page, for example, if there are notes it will display how many there are - but if there aren't, it's hidden. I'd like for it to hide the comment count if it would normally display "0 Comments and 0 Reactions".
